The 2013 B.C. home assessments were released Wednesday. Check out the 10 most expensive homes in the province.

According to the 2013 property assessments released on Jan. 2, these are the 10 most valuable residential properties in B.C.

1. 4707 Belmont Avenue, Vancouver –  $39, 269,000

This custom home in Vancouver’s Point Grey neighbourhood was built in 2007. The 1.7-acre home has 10 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms.

2. 3085 Point Grey Road, Vancouver – $35,168,000

An unfinished home in Point Grey, slated to feature seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

3. 4719 Belmont Avenue Vancouver – $25,513,000

This two-storey custom home, built in 1997, sits on an almost 60,000-square-foot lot. It has six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.

Built in 1992, the two-storey house as eight bedrooms and 13 bathrooms.
