With the LOTTO 6/49 jackpot at an historic high and If luck is on your side, you could be $64-million dollars richer by this weekend  

That's thanks to a streak of 11 consecutive draws with no winner dating back to Sept. 9. The draw takes place Saturday.

Here's a list of the top Canadian lottery prizes to date. In Canada, winners collect their money in a tax-free lump sum.

1.  $64-million (estimated), LOTTO 6/49, Oct.17, 2015

If history holds true the jackpot could exceed expectations due to a last minute flurry of ticket buying.

2.  $63.4-million, LOTTO 6/49,  Apr.13, 2013

The prize was split between four winning tickets, three of which were purchased in B.C. Each ticket holder received $15.9-million.

3.  $60-million, LOTTO MAX, Sept. 25, 2015

A group of 12 workers from Markham, Ontario shared in the winning ticket and took home $5-million each.

4.  $55-million, LOTTO MAX, July 17, 2015

A group of 20 Rona employees in Quebec claimed this prize. 

5.  $54.3 million, LOTTO 6/49,  Oct. 26, 2005

The single winning ticket was bought in Camrose, Alberta by a group of 17 oil and gas workers.
