A young black bear caused a stir in Youngstown, Ohio, on Saturday when it climbed two trees before peacefully walking away on its own.
Officials from the Ohio Department of Natural Resources suspect the bear had been forced out of its den by its mother.
Police and wildlife experts set up a perimeter to keep humans a safe distance away from the bear. They were hoping to not have to tranquilize it.
The bear ultimately climbed out of the tree and headed back into a wooded area on its own.
