You don't need to spend an hour on the elliptical to feel the burn from head to toe! Skip the gym and sweat it out at home with this high-intensity, boot camp-style workout. In 15 minutes flat, we'll take you through a series of strengthening and cardio exercises that work major muscle groups throughout the legs, arms and core. All you need is one set each of 5 and 10 pound dumbbells, a bench (or any similar surface that can support your body weight) and a small space to move around in. Don't have any of those on hand? Don't worry, this routine will get your heart racing all on its own.
