Super short on time but still want to get a serious workout in? We've got you covered with this 15-minute boot camp style session. Mixing body-resistance moves with free-weight reps to work muscle groups in your legs, arms and core, this class is ideal for anyone looking to tone while burning major calories in a flash and on the fly. All you'll need are one set each of 5 pound and 10 pound dumbbells and small space to move around in, so you can do this workout just about anywhere. In fact, you can even do this workout without the weights, so no excuses!
