Get fit fast with these efficient and effective moves
This 15 minute bootcamp style workout with Trystenne Burey incorporates moves to get you toned and burning lots of calories without wasting too much time being ineffective at the gym. All you need is a set of 5 pound and 10 pound dumbbells and a mat (optional). You can still do the moves without weights if you don't have them or are a beginner.
