Today on The Current:

  • Facebook has lurched from privacy breaches to accusations of influencing elections this year. A New York Times investigation now accuses the company of "screwing up, covering up and lawyering up" over those crises. • Hockey great Curtis Joseph — known to fans as Cujo — opens up about overcoming a difficult childhood to realize his sporting dreams with the Edmonton Oilers and Toronto Maple Leafs, among other teams.
  • U.S. President Donald Trump made good on a campaign promise to halt the closure of Guantanamo Bay. He did so by closing the office responsible for shutting it down.
