Forget a year of positive thinking, we asked q contributor Scaachi Koul to try it for a week — and she says she tried. She really, really tried.
Scaachi joins Shad to talk about her week without complaining, and how challenging it was for her (someone from a long line of cynics) to wear the proverbial rose coloured glasses.
"My whole body reacted to this," she says.
q: Is your filter set to optimist, or are you more comfortable on the snarky to downright cynical spectrum? How difficult would it be for you, personally, to go a whole week thinking and speaking positively?
