In this week's instalment of q's Cultural Hall of Shame, Elvira Kurt says no to Teva's "fugly" summer sandals — "Actually, make that hell no."
"Their original purpose was to be an amphibious utility sandal. Now you want to make this something I wear to a wedding?" says an incredulous Elvira. "They are 100 per cent the devil's footwear."
