The Besnard Lakes have been exploring the outer limits for more than a decade now. Their sound is introspective, atmospheric, and starbound all at once.
Their new album, A Coliseum Complex Museum, adds a dash of 70s pop melody to their signature space rock.
The Montreal band join Shad in studio q to play from their new album and talk about the westward journey to their namesake, Besnard Lake, in northern Saskatchewan.
