Baking, treats, candies... It's the season for sweet food. That means you and maybe your kids are consuming a lot of sugar over the holidays. But sugar can cause more than just cavities -- it's linked to chronic illness and obesity. So where's the line between fun and harm this holiday season? Especially for kids? What questions do you have about sugar -- and how much is too much?
