But tonight in Vancouver, restaurant staff aren't staying in the kitchen—they're fighting to stay in the boxing ring for "Restaurant Rumble," a boxing event that brings together newbie contenders from the hospitality industry.
Rather than working on punches of flavour, they've been honing their power punches to support a boxing program for inner-city youth.
