One of Canada's most beloved literary characters is returning to television, letting white east coasters tell THEIR stories for a change.
The show will explore contemporary issues like feminism, bullying and finding a nice cover for your iPhone 6.
One of its producers is a former Breaking Bad writer, which panellist Steve Patterson predicted could lead to a grittier "Anne of Blue Meth" feel to the show.
Panellist Ashley Botting thought "Anne of Menopause" could be a good opportunity to revisit a more mature and emotionally volatile version of the character.
