Dr. Patrick Rowe, CEO of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of B.C., said that his team took the opportunity to simplify the different classes of registration to make it easier for U.S.-trained doctors to work in the province. It comes at a time when the province is pushing for U.S. doctors unhappy with Trump's governing style to move to Canada.
