An internal UCP memo written by a cabinet minister is urging Premier Danielle Smith to temporarily remove Adriana LaGrange as health minister. The memo also asks the premier to do the same with the CEO of Alberta Health Services. CBC News has obtained a copy of the memo and has confirmed its authenticity with a source familiar with its contents.
