U.S. President Donald Trump said he will announce 25 per cent tariffs on all steel and aluminum imports, including those from Canada and Mexico. Catherine Cobden, the president and CEO of the Canadian Steel Producers Association, says Canada’s primary objective should be to get itself excluded from the tariffs as they’ll have ‘devastating effects’ on both sides of the border.
