Two Saskatchewan families who spoke out about vacations that were an "absolute disaster" at a Mexican resort say they're getting some money back and have created change. They came forward saying staff pressured them to sign non-disclosure agreements to prevent bad reviews after they got sick. Other travellers have since reported back about the resort.
