Crowds rush to catch a glimpse — and a whiff — of blooming corpse plant
A corpse flower, a large plant known to give off a powerful odour when it blooms, is drawing crowds to the Royal Botanic Garden in Sydney as it flowers. 'The flower is beautiful,' says one visitor. But the smell? ‘Like hot garbage — but faint.'
