Thunder Bay's Alstom plant to receive $500 million for Go Transit coach upgrades

The Ontario government says it is spending nearly $500 million dollars to refurbish 181 Go Transit bi-level rail coaches at the Alstom plant in Thunder Bay, Ont. The province says the initiative will support hundreds of local manufacturing jobs in northwestern Ontario.
