U.S. president-elect Donald Trump has threatened Canada with 25 per cent tariffs on all goods, but China is open to increasing its trade relationship with the country. Carlo Dade of the Canada West Foundation, a think-tank based in Calgary, was recently in Beijing to talk trade with Chinese officials.
