It is frigid and getting worse. Temperatures are hovering around the -30 mark and if you think it's cold, just imagine those who don't have a warm place out of the elements to call home. Its prompted a reminder from The United Way urging people to not only watch out for those who may be most affected, but to call 211 for help if you see someone struggling.
