New Brunswick Sen. Jim Quinn says a new government could mean an opportunity to move things forward. He hopes a co-operative relationship between Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Premier Susan Holt will speed along protection measures for the isthmus, a section of land between the New Brunswick and Nova Scotia border.
