Jagmeet Singh was in Thunder Bay to discuss a project which would see 55 Toronto subway cars built at Thunder Bay's Ont., Alstom plant. Singh says while the City of Toronto and provincial government have each committed about $750 million to the project, the federal government has not yet provided its share.
