Lebanon's Health Ministry says at least 14 people were killed and more than 400 others were wounded after walkie-talkies and solar equipment exploded in Beirut and other parts of the country on Wednesday. While speaking to troops, Israeli Defence Minister Yoav Gallant praised Israel's army and security agencies but made no mention of the explosions of electronic devices.
