Fundraiser and memorial for P.E.I. child will help buy car seats for families

Relatives of Kennedy O'Halloran are holding an event at Westisle Composite High School Friday night in her memory. The two-year-old died last October and her aunt, Karley Fraser, is helping raise money for car seats for families that can't afford them.
