The Surrey-Langley SkyTrain project will be delayed and is going to cost taxpayers a lot more than earlier projected. The SkyTrain to Langley's budget and timeline are off track but as Liam Britten reports, the province isn't alone in seeing costs skyrocket. However, that has left riders feeling very frustrated.
