A foundry famous for its shipbuilding is becoming much-needed housing
The historic Lunenburg Foundry in Lunenburg, N.S., was bought by three companies — Solterre Inc., Somerled Properties and Lunenburg Shipyard. They plan to build a mix of housing, commercial space and a marina.
