George Whalen was sentenced to seven years after he drank rum and beer and collided with the car driven by 83-year-old Jane Newhook. Now Whalen is accused of hitting a youth on a dirt bike while being behind the wheel of an SUV — despite having a lifetime driving ban. Newhook’s daughter, Melissa, tells CBC's Terry Roberts the latest incident has the family scared another person will be killed by Whalen.
