Locals are petitioning to have a drag strip built in Windsor

So far the online petition has more than 1,600 signatures. One of the men behind it is Jim Pollier. He says not only would a facility like this curb illegal street racing but it would also add to Windsor's heritage as the automotive capital of Canada.
