What does Quebec's healthcare budget mean for you?

Finance Minister Eric Girard tabled this year's budget with two main priorities: healthcare and education. A total of 4.9 billion dollars is being invested in those two sectors. With 3.7 billion going specifically to health and social services. But what do those numbers mean for you? How exactly can this funding improve your access to healthcare? For more on that we spoke with David Levine. He’s the former president of the Montreal Health and Social Services Agency.
