The Windsor International Film Festival is celebrating success with a free screening on July 9.
WIFF was the largest volunteer-run film festival in Canada last year. The record-setting crowds took in more than 140 films, produced in 21 countries.
To say thank you to Windsor-Essex, WIFF and Bluesfest Windsor will show The Russian Five for free Tuesday evening at the Riverfront Festival Plaza.
The gates for the all-ages event open at 5 p.m. and the screening will begin at 7 p.m. Coolers will not be permitted, but food and drink will be available for sale on site.
