42-year-old Leamington man charged with voyeurism, trespassing

The Leamington OPP Detachment received a report of a suspicious individual at a residence in the area of Deer Run road, on Dec. 29 at 11:19 p.m.

The OPP Crime Unit believes there may be additional victims.

A 42-year-old Leamington man was arrested and charged after a suspicious person investigation, provincial police say.

The Leamington detachment of the OPP received a report of a what they called a "suspicious individual" at a residence in the area of Deer Run Road, on Dec. 29 around 11:15 p.m.

After investigation, OPP arrested and charged a 42-year-old man with voyeurism, trespassing at night and public mischief.

The 42-year-old is set to appear in court later this month. Police are continuing to investigate and say they believe there may be other victims. 

A publication ban has been issued and police declined further comment. 

The OPP is advising community members to report any useful tips related to this case.
