Motorcyclist involved in June 23 minivan collision dies in hospital

Windsor police confirmed that a motorcyclist involved in a June 23 collision with a minivan died in hospital Thursday.

A motorcyclist involved in a June 23 collision with a minivan died in hospital Thursday.

The motorcycle was travelling westbound when it collided with a minivan turning onto Grand Marais Road from Meldrum Road.

Windsor police said they're investigating the incident as a "fatal motor vehicle collision," adding their probe is ongoing.

Police previously said that an adult male was driving the motorcycle, while two adults were in the minivan.

According to police, patrol officers were dispatched to the area at 7:45 p.m. Police have yet to lay any charges in their investigation.
