Man wearing kilt and cowboy hat charged after allegedly exposing his genitals
The 34-year-old was at the Rock Glen Conservation Area around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday when a witness saw him expose himself in the parking lot and near the waterfall area, according to Lambton OPP.
Police asking anyone who may have seen the indecent act to come forward
A man wearing a Scottish kilt and cowboy hat has been charged with intentionally exposing his genitals.
The 34-year-old was at the Rock Glen Conservation Area near Arkona, Ont. around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday when a witness saw him expose himself in the parking lot and near the waterfall area, according to Lambton County OPP.
After being confronted by a concerned citizen, the man left the area, but was located by police and charged with allegedly committing an indecent act in public and failing to comply with a probation order.
Police are asking anyone who may have observed an indecent act at the conservation area on Wednesday to contact them or Crime Stoppers.
