One man has been charged in September's Habitat for Humanity break and enters.
Police investigated three theft incidents during a two-week period in September, all at the Habitat for Humanity location on Devon Drive.
Evidence collected from the scene was sent to the Centre of Forensic Sciences.
Using information from the Centre of Forensic Sciences, Windsor police were able to identify a suspect using DNA.
That suspect was located and arrested Jan. 4.
He has been charged with one count of break and enter.
