Canada Border Services Agency seizes weapons, ammunition at Windsor and Niagara crossings

Canada Border Services Agency says it has seized six prohibited firearms, 13 magazines, two pepper sprays, brass knuckles, a switchblade and ammunition, all in a span of 48 hours and all from four ports of entry including two in Windsor.

Canada Border Services Agency says it has seized six prohibited firearms, 13 magazines, two pepper sprays, brass knuckles, a switchblade and ammunition, all in a span of 48 hours and all from four ports of entry, two of which are in Windsor.

The weapons and ammunition were confiscated at the Windsor-Detroit Tunnel, the Ambassador Bridge, the Peace Bridge between Buffalo and Fort Erie, Ont., and the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge ports of entry, the CBSA said in a post in X, formerly Twitter.
