Group of teenage boys set off fireworks on TTC bus: police

Toronto police say they're investigating after a group of teenage boys set off fireworks onboard a TTC bus on Thursday.

Medics treated two adults, suspects fled scene, police say

Toronto police say they're investigating after a group of teenage boys set off fireworks onboard a TTC bus on Thursday.

The incident took place on a Kingston 12 bus around 2:54 p.m., the TTC says, when the bus was full of passengers. 

Police say the suspects had fled the scene when officers arrived in the Kingston Road and Victoria Park Avenue area just after 3 p.m. 

The suspects were wearing masks and black hoodies, police say.

Paramedics say they attended to two adult passengers, one female and one male, but no one was taken to a hospital.

Police are asking anyone with information to contact them.
