2 dead, 1 hurt in Etobicoke triple shooting

Two people are dead and a third is injured after a triple shooting in Etobicoke, Toronto police say.
The shooting happened in the area of Lake Shore Boulevard West and Thirtieth Street shortly before 8:45 p.m. Monday.
Police said officers located three victims at the scene, all with gunshot wounds. All three were taken to hospital, where two later died.
The two deceased victims are males while the injured person is female. She is expected to survive, police said.
Police have not released the victims' ages or any further information about them.
Const. Alex Li said Monday night that police have not determined what happened prior to the shooting.
Homicide detectives have taken over the investigation.
