Pressure cookers speed up home-cooked meals

A Sudbury dietician says families are more likely to eat healthy if they reduce cooking times using pressure cookers.

Tammy Cheguis exemplified grace under pressure as she told us about one of the top food trends for 2015.

She is a registered dietitian at the Sudbury and District Health Unit.  

Cheguis demonstrated a time-saving device called a pressure-cooker.

She was cooking with steam as she spoke to CBC Sudbury's Morning North host Markus Schwabe.
