You've seen the ads all over your social media. Hello Fresh, Goodfood and Chef's Plate are all trying to get your attention, and entice you with promos and deals.

The companies offer personalized and flexible meal plans, along with recipes, cooking instructions and boxes of fresh ingredients shipped right to your door, so you don't have to think about what to make for dinner.

But which plan is best for you? And are any of them worth your hard-earned money?
