RCMP and the family of 50-year-old Orlando Okemaysim are asking for help in their search efforts. Okemaysim was last seen around Christmas in the Sturgeon Lake Cree Nation.

The province is now placing a moratorium on new wild boar farms, which means no new wild pig farms are able to operate. Farms had until Jan. 1 to apply for a licence at no cost. Ryan Brook, a wildlife researcher, said the restrictions are a good initiative, but they're being imposed far too late. 

Transport Canada is cutting the red tape for longer-distance flights over less-populated areas, among other changes to aviation regulations. It means large-scale drone deliveries, aerial mapping, inspections and more will become more straightforward.
