The Greater Charlottetown Area Chamber of Commerce presented awards Wednesday evening for excellence in business.
The awards covered a wide range of industries, from a dairy to a soapmaker to a microbrewery.
An independent panel of judges chose the finalists from more than 60 nominees chosen by their peers.
- Excellence in Business: COWS.
- Entrepreneur of the Year: Ray Murphy.
- Chamber Volunteer of the Year: Sandy Gillis.
- Not-for-Profit Excellence: Hospice Palliative Care Association of P.E.I.
- Excellence in Export: DME Group.
- Workplace Excellence: Murphy Hospitality Group.
- Excellence in Retail: Moonsnail.
- Emerging Business Excellence: Upstreet Craft Brewing.
