It's going to be hot, hot, hot.
Under sunny skies Wednesday, highs in the National Capital Region will easily climb into the mid-30s. And with the humidity inching upward, it'll feel more like 40.
Unfortunately there won't be much of a breeze, either.
Humidity levels will surge even higher Thursday before relief from this heatwave arrives Friday (a high of 22 C? We'll take it!).
