Rain and thunderstorms could hit Ottawa today, along with high winds, as the temperature reaches a high of 21 C with a UV index of 7.
There's a 60-per-cent chance of showers with a risk of a thunderstorm in the afternoon and evening. Winds will be gusting at between 20 and 40 km/hr in the late morning and into the evening, according to Environment Canada.

The temperature is expected to drop to 10 C overnight.
There's a 40-per-cent chance of rain on Wednesday and cooler temperatures, with a high of 14 C and a low of 6 C. High winds are expected to continue between 20 and 40 km/hr.
