Nova Scotia grandmother helps those in need with 'giving tree'

For more than a decade, a New Glasgow, N.S., woman has been giving Christmas gifts to those in need. On November 12th every year the tree goes up in Peggy Feltmate's front yard — covered with hats, socks and candy canes, free to anyone who needs them.
