Halifax shoppers surprised with roses to promote kindness

The organization known as Leave Out Violence (LOVE) Nova Scotia handed out roses to shoppers at a Halifax mall on Thursday. The group planned to give out the flowers on Valentine's Day, but postponed it for a day due to inclement weather.
