RCMP in Inuvik, N.W.T., have released photos of a snowmobile similar to one that belonged to a man who went missing last month.

Lance Briere, 32, was last seen Feb. 8 at the Inuvik liquor store, RCMP have said. At the time, he was wearing a bright green toque, reflective jacket, black ski pants and black boots. He was officially reported missing on Feb. 17.

His disappearance triggered a ground search last month, and RCMP said in a news release Thursday that they have received several leads that didn't pan out.

The snowmobile Briere may have been driving at the time of his disappearance is a black Ski-Doo Expedition LE (900 ACE).
