Cloudy Monday but above-normal temperatures continue in Winnipeg
It'll feel a little colder Monday in Winnipeg, but that's only because it's been so mild for the past week.

It'll feel a little colder Monday in Winnipeg, but that's only because it's been so mild for the past week.
Winnipeggers really haven't had to acclimatize to a typical winter in the 'Peg, which usually brings a long stretch of deeply cold temperatures — the kind where car door handles snap off.
In that type of winter, a high of –8 C would lead many people to break out the shorts. This year, though, the bar has been lowered to the point where that feels cold. Blame El Nino.
Winnipeg forecast
- High –8 C.
- Periods of light snow end in a.m. then cloudy.
- 30 per cent chance of flurries.
- Overnight low –16 C.
Normal temperatures for this time of year are a daytime high of –11 C and overnight low of –21 C.
