The band hasn't released a new album since 2007's Reunion Tour, which was their fourth studio record.That album opened up at No. 22 on the Canadian charts and cracked the Billboard's Top 200 in the U.S.
Known for singer John K. Samson's melodic, melancholy songwriting, The Weakerthans reeled in three Juno award nominations and a Polaris Music Prize short list honour.
