Mounties in northern Manitoba are asking for help to find a 36-year-old woman who has been missing for nearly a week.

Nadine Colomb was last seen at an address on McGill Place in Thompson last Thursday evening, RCMP said in a Wednesday news release. There were indications that she was going to take a bus to Winnipeg.

After she was reported missing Friday night, RCMP checked with the bus service in Thompson, but there are no records indicating she left the city, police said.

RCMP believe she is still in the Thompson area.

She is described as five foot five and 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Police believe Colomb was dressed for winter weather.
